Environmental Science
Environmental Science is concerned with the natural, human, social and cultural dimensions of local and wider environments. The environmental science activities encourage children to explore, discover and develop an understanding of their natural and man-made environment. The children are exposed to the basic ideas of geography, botany and zoology. They also undertake fundamental science experiments to understand some natural phenomena like float and sink, germination etc. People pursuing various occupations are invited to interact with the children, so that they gain a first-hand understanding of those who fulfil the various needs of the community.
